Hello,

On 12/23/11 I placed an order using a $15 reward certificate.  I later cancelled that order, but the cert was never refunded or the points added to my account.  Can someone look into this for me?

I too have similar situations.

One of the items in a Christmas time order was canceled.  I used a RZ cert ($10I think) and paid rest with credit card.  I received a refund to my card for part of the item - the part paid with RZ cert I have no way of checking since only the RZ cert # is listed in my order and not the pin #.

Last I used a $20 RZ cert to preorder an item and paid rest with my card.  I decided to preorder a different version instead so canceled that order.  The RZ cert is gone from my account and there was no info on the order like the #.

I'm sorry you too are experiencing issues getting certificates reissued. The first, the $10 certificate, had a partial credit returned on 12/31 for the 125 points that were put toward the one item on your order. The other I confirmed has still not been reissued. I will work on this as well.
