Today I was at Best Buy in Salem, Oregon. At the checkout, the cashier asked if had a Reward Zone card, I did not have one so she directed me to the online site to get. In which I just signed up a few minutes ago. After I got home, I started thinking about it. The Cashier never gave me the option to sign up in store, not sure if that is possible. I guess my real question is. can I take my recipt for my purchess today, which was $59.96 and have them add the point from the purchess to my new Reward Zone account?

I ended up using the Report Missing Purchess Option.

Also, will I get a Reward Zone Card sent to me?

1. The employee should've offered to sign you up right there, although they could've been out of the cards.

2. You should have a card sent to you shortly.

Ok, my points have finally posted. But it has been a month and I have not recived a rewards card in the mail yet?

I managed to look this up, actually. If you don't get a card in the store, there is no way to order one. You can, however, print one from the myrz website. If you want it to be more "card-like", you can laminate it.

You can also give them your phone number in-store to look up the account and add it to the transaction. No need to carry a physical card.
