I'm having the very same problem with an in store purchase I made and returned because the game I purchased was included with the console system package I bought. I never received the $20 reward zone certificate points back in my RZ account. Can you assist? Thanks!

Hi Katrina I sent a PM back on Dec 28, 2011 - and just sent another in regards to my $40 in certificates that have not been refunded for a purchase made on 11/8/11 abs was returned a few days later. Thanks!
