I had an online purchase on 11/24/2011 using my $60 (3000 Points) Reward Certificate.
But I returned the item on 12/02/2011 at the store. The Customer Service Representative said the Reward Certificate should be Credit back into my Reward Zone in a few days.
I still haven't see my $60 (3000 Points) Credits back into my Reward Zone Account yet.

I'm having the same problem from a purchase made around the same time as you. $15 coupon used in an online order I cancelled, and the points still haven't shown up.
I've emailed Best Buy twice with no response, and it seems like many people are having the same problem.

I'm still waiting on $70 worth of certificate refunds. Anybody know how long this usually takes.

I, too, am still waiting for a $40 (2000 point) refund on an item I bought in-store and returned within the week (bought it around 11/22 and returned it a week later)

i canceled an order just now online. on the canceld page it shows credit as $0.00. but i used one $10 and $5 certificate.
