I just wanted to update you on the status of this fix.  It has been brought to my attention this morning that it is still in process and that it could be a couple more days for some of you, but that we are working diligently to make sure it is corrected for all ASAP!

I recieved my first ever Gamers Club bonus points on Feb. 17th (I believe), 1000 total, but they have been pending ever since.  How long before I can actually print my certificates?  The FAQ states that points are normally pending until approximately 35 days after the transaction.  Does this mean I will have to wait until approx. 35 days after Feb 17th?  I ask because the actual purchases that earned me these points took place much longer than 35 days ago, and I was hoping to be able to print the certificates in time to preorder a game that releases on March 2nd (there is a bonus for preordering).  Could you tell me with any confidence if they will be avalable by that date, because I need to make a decision this weekend...if I won't have the $20 BB certificate I would like to purchase the game from another website (sorry) as they are offering a $20 gaming gift certificate for buying the game there.  Hopefully I explained this well enough, lol.

Yes, once the bonus goes into your regular account, you have to wait the normal pending time which is about 35 days.

500 Bonus Points RZ Gamers Club have been pending since Feb. 16.  according to site "Your issued certificates will appear for printing 3-5 days after the points are deducted from your account."  What is the delay?
