I have a $45 reward certificate and it exprires during the middle of May. However, when I go to the store and try to redeem it the cashier says that it isn't working. Also, the reward certificate is not expired. Is there a way I could get the certificate reissued? And maybe that would fix the problem. Looking for help. Thanks

Welcome to the forum! It's wonderful to hear you are interested in redeeming your $45 reward certificate with us. With that said, I'm sorry to hear you had some trouble doing so in store.
Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your information, and I see that the certificate is able to be applied on BestBuy.com without any errors, so there shouldn't be any issue in store either.
