I frequently receive emails asking that I review products I've purchased in exchange for 25 Rewards points. I recently followed the emailed links to the products and completed some of them. The points for both of my reviews show "0" instead of 25. Can you please help me get the points credited?
I also have emails for several other items but don't want to do them until this is straightened out.

A likely explanation as to why zero points are being awarded is because you have already been awarded the maximum about of bonus points. When it comes to product views submitted on BestBuy.com our members can receive 25 bonus points with a maximum of 200 bonus points (8 reviews) per calendar year. After a quick review of your account, I am showing that you have already been awarded 200 bonus points for product reviews. You met that maximum back in March. While you can continue to submit product reviews, you will not be eligible for bonus points again until the start of the 2018 calendar year.
