I made a purchase that didn't work out as hoped so I returned the item. I had used rewards certificates to make the purchase and its been around a week and still haven't seen the points return to my account. Any chance I can get a mod to take a peek and see what the status of those points are so I can use the certificate towards something else?

I would be incredibly anxious to get my certificates back after returning an item they were redeemed on, so I can understand why you would want us to check on this for you!
Using the details you registered with the forum, I don't see the certificates returned yet. However, it appears the return was processed on 8/22, so please allow through tomorrow for the certificates to return, as they can take up to 6 business days. If you don't see it by tomorrow evening or Wednesday morning, please feel welcome to follow up with me!
