Hello,
I made a purchase of $106.99 on 12/28/11 and used $20 worth of reward zone certificates, which I returned, unopened, a week later to Best Buy. I received credit on my card; however, my $20 worth of certificates were not credited. That was six weeks ago. I have contacted customer service FOUR times on this issue and have received NO reply whatsoever.
The points STILL have not been credited. NO ONE has contacted me.
This is becoming VERY frustrating and is very, very unacceptable.

This scares me as I returned an item 2 weeks ago where I used a 20 dollar reward coupon.
Come on best buy.. even at the bottom of your receipt it says that it will be returned.
jdb.. how have you contacted them? Curious as to what methods you spoke to them.
