Return item missing reward cert.

I just return my order #{removed per forum guidelines} on 5/31/2017 and the $20.93 was credit to my credit card account but I don't seen the $5 & $15 reward certicate are in my reward account?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out! It's discouraging to hear that your purchase may not have worked out as you expected. With that said, credit card refunds generally take 3-5 business days, while our reward certificates may take up to 6. As today would be the 6th business day since your return, please allow through today for it to appear on your end. If you aren't seeing it by tomorrow morning, we'll be happy to take a closer look at this. 

 

Return/Cancellation When a Reward Certificate was Used
