Return Reward Certificate

Hello, recently on 4/2/17 I return a product that I used a $30.00 reward certificate on. I was told by the associate that the $30.00 or the point value of it would go right back on my account by 4/6/17 (since I do the point banking). I have checked my account and saw that nothing has been put back. I would like to get a status update of where the points or the rewards certificate is? If someone could respond A.S.A.P. Thank You!

Hi Slash911,

Welcome to the forum! It's great that you're checking on your certificate as you were advised it should be back in your account by today. With that said, please know that certificates may take up to 6 business days to return to one's account. For more information on this, please check out the post below.

Return/Cancellation When a Reward Certificate was Used

Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to take a look at your return. It appears you actually returned one item while purchasing another in the same transaction. As such, the $30 certificate was applied towards your new purchase. If a certificate was to be returned, it would have stated so plainly on the receipt below the transaction total. I apologize if this wasn't what you were advised when you originally processed this transaction, and for any confusion this may have caused you.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Re: Return Reward Certificate

I was told that the $30.00 was to be put back on my account because I issued myself ANOTHER rewards certificate in the amount of $40.00. The associate told me that the original of $30.00 was going to be put back and the $40.00 would apply to the new purchase. If you could find out more information about this I would appreciate it as this is getting to be very frustrating. Thank you.
