I just had the same issue. I am not sure what to do. I have copies of the certificates that say they expire May 11, 2017. When I logged in here though, it says I have no certificates. I should have two $25 ones and a $30 one.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your certificates. I'm truly sorry to hear you had trouble redeeming them in store. With that said, there are several reasons a certificate may not be able to be redeemed, so I would be delighted to look further into this with you.
