Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your point balance! Not seeing your points accumulate would be disconcerting, especially if you believe you should have enough points for a certificate.
Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to take a look at your membership. It appears a certificate was generated after you were awarded the points for your Nintendo Switch purchase, and that this certificate was redeemed. As the certificate was redeemed, you didn't have the points available to be deducted when you returned the Switch. As such, you were left with a negative point balance. Until your account is brought to a positive point balance, you would not see the points accrue on your end.
