I was shocked to learn to I have lost all my unused ceritifscte worth of $380.00.
I was unaware of the policies about the expiration time after being issued.
It is very unfortunate that all points that I have been collecting over nine years as a loyal Bestbuy customer are now gone forever.
It is my fault of course for not being vigilant of this fact.
I am sppecless.

Welcome to the forum! It's wonderful to hear you were saving your rewards, I'm sure waiting to use them on a great purchase.
Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your membership. It looks like you may have been banking your points, but that your tier status with this benefit expired. Once your tier status expires, if you are converted to our core tier that doesn't have this benefit, your banked points would be converted to certificates. While points don't expire on activate accounts, certificates generally expire after 60 days. I apologize if you were unaware of this, and if you had several certificates expire.
