I have been having the same issue. It shows that I have $180 in certificates, but unable to create a certificate.

Seeing $180 in certificates but not being able to utilize them would be quite confusing and frustrating! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. I'm glad you've reached out to us for more information. 


Using the details you registered with the forum, it doesn't appear that you have any active certificates. However, upon reviewing your BestBuy.com account, I see it reflects you have $180 in certificates. Please know this is likely a display issue that prevented the certificate balance from updating after the certificates were redeemed. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused you. 

Please know our support teams are aware of this issue and are working towards a resolution. I'll be sure to follow up with you next Wednesday if I do not have an update on this known issue sooner.

Ok, thank you. I think that some of that $180 should be legit though as I also used to go through the issue of trying to create certificates and was only able to create $5 ones, like once per week.

Hello Djdelearyous54, 

I understand you may have had some trouble, and as I see you have been having $10 and $15 certificates issues as of late, it seems that issue has been resolved. With that said, upon checking your point history with your certificates, it appears no points were lost and all accounted for in certificates that have been issued and redeemed. Please know the $180 you are seeing is due to a display issue only.
