I'm also having this issue. I cancelled a preorder on 6/5 that I used a $10 and a $5 coupon on, but they have not been reimbursed. Could someone get this fixed for me please?
I am sorry to read that you have not seen the points reappear onto your Reward Zone account after your return. Typically the points appear within 48 hours, but in your case I was not able to locate the purchase or the return.
