I appreciate you reaching out to us with your inquiry. Ensuring your name is correct on your account is very vital. It allows us to process orders, verify your identity, and keep your details safe.
The process to update your name on the account is fairly simple. It usually involves shooting us over a PM with your old account details and new account details. We may then request a supporting document that shows your name change is legally binding and once we receive that we take care of the rest.
