Hello I recently bought a new 4k and Protection plan, while I was checking out The home theater rep got my name to setup my Reward zone points. However he put it under what I believe is my Dads account. So now I think the rewards are going to my Dads email address, only issue is my dad gave me the only email address he knows for himself but when I try to log in it says no account with that email exists. 


So next I tried to apply the points to my account using the customer pin and sales total and it says that its being applied to another account. I need help getting this resolved Please.

Did you use your dads email address and phone number to try and set up your account?
