I made a very large purchase on Sept 30. The past few weeks when I have logged into reward zone I have seen these purchases but obviously did not have the actuals points until the 35 days. Today I logged in and I don't see the purchase anymore?? Can someone help? This was a very large purchase and will push me well into Silver status so I do not want to lose out on this.

same here. It seems to be a known issue. if you call in, they can see it on their computer. Mine is showing no purchases either.

My purchase was on 9/5/09. The purchase was showing pending in my account a few weeks later. After 35 days, it showed -69 points in my account. Today it shows that I have no purchases in the last 90 days, when my receipt from the store shows I purchased it on 9/5/09. Someone on the phone told me I returned the tv. (I didn't.) Someone at the store told me the account was not active, yet I have checked it weekly since I made my purchase. This is not a video game I am griping over. It is a tv that I paid over $3,000.00 for.

Called in and you're right Reena, it seems to be a known issue related to the switch over on 10/31. Woman on the phone said she does see my purchases and they hope to have it resolved soon.

I’m sorry you’ve been having issues with your online Reward Zone account and viewing recent purchases. You should be able to view your last 6 months purchases when logged into your Reward Zone account on www.myrz.com. You are correct that the points take about 30 days to post to your account and will show in a pending status until that point.
Recently, we did experience some technical issues with our Reward Zone website which did affect some of our customers and it sounds like you were caught in that. I apologize for any frustration this has caused, but your account should be up and accurate at this point.
