On October 31, I made a purchase from Nutrisystem through the Reward Zone Program Partner site. I clicked through from the site, used BBY_(my RZ#) to sign up and paid in full. I followed all of the instructions to receive the 4000 points that are promised.
On December 27, following Reward Zone's instructions, I contacted Nutrisystem to alert them that I had not yet received my points after the 6-8 week period had passed.
On January 2, I received a response from Janet at Nutrisystem which read, "We appreciate you letting us know that you signed up under the Best Buy Reward Zone program. We have forwarded you information to Best Buys along with your membership number so the points can be applied to your account. It can take up to 8 weeks to have the points applied to our account."
On January 12, I contacted Reward Zone to inquire about the status of my points as they had still not arrived. I told them everything I have already noted above so they were aware of the steps I had taken.
On January 17, I received a response from Abdiel at Best Buy Reward Zone which read, "For missing points, call Nutrisystem at 1-888-560-3438 or go to the "Contact Us" link at www.nutrisystem.com/bestbuy. Partner will validate transaction was eligible for points and will send info to Best Buy to post your points."
On January 17, shortly after getting the non-helpful stock answer response from Best Buy Reward Zone, I responded to tell them - as I had already stated - I had followed that process and was awaiting a status on the 4000 points that were owed.
On January 30, after still not getting any points and still not getting any response from Best Buy Reward Zone, I forwarded my last message asking again for a status. It was 13 weeks after my Program Partner purchase, which is unacceptable when they promise a 6-8 week turnaround on the points.
On January 30, a few hours after I contacted Best Buy Reward Zone again, I got a response from them telling me that they had assigned my case to a "Special Department" and that they would contact me as soon as possible.
It is now 4 days later and still no point, still no update, still no fulfilled promises, still no satisfaction.
What gives, Best Buy Reward Zone? If you promise a reward for making a purchase, and one of your Premier Silver members makes that purchase, you should fulfill your end of the promise and award those points in a timely fashion. Monday will be 14 weeks. Highly unacceptable.
Your general lack of response is even worse.

14 weeks today...still no points. I've done everything on my end to get these points, and zero action from Best Buy on fulfilling their promised 4000 points that were to arrive within 6-8 weeks.
