I purchased an iPad instore, the person asked me which account it was since there is two under my phone number. (which is another problem because I only have 1 account with said phone number) I told him the email it was, the propt screen showed my email and everything. It has not posted to my account. I tried to add it manually to my account and says the points have already been redeemed... like whats going on here? did it go to that other account? is someone phishing my reward points somehow? I used my BBY visa and chose 5% back which is why this bothers me.
I am at the point where I am going to just return this iPad.

Seeing two memberships available with your phone number would be pretty confusing, and quite frustrating if a purchase is added to an incorrect membership. I apologize for any frustration that this may cause you.
Using the details you registered with the forum, I found the memberships in question. With that said, based on what I'm seeing right now, it would appear that both memberships may actually be yours. It's not uncommon for a second account to be made when you apply for a My Best Buy credit card.
