The points accrued in my account don't seem to match the award points available. Over the last 12 months I have earned 758 points and been issued one $5 certificate (250 points), which should leave me with 508 net award points available. However, my account page shows I only have 212 award points currently available. Why is there a difference and where are the missing points?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your point balance! It sounds like you have kept an incredibly close eye on your points over the last year. I'm sorry if things don't seem to add up though. Generally if you have less points than anticipated, you may have missed a certificate that was issued, or there was a return that would deduct points from your account.
