I made a $3,000 purchase on 1/1/2012.... it said my points would be pending until around 2/5/2012... which is fine since that is 35 days since the purchase. it is now 41 days since my purchase, and my points are STILL pending.
I would REALLY like to get my points so I can use them on some new purchases, but your system is preventing me from giving you more money ![]()

I'm having the same problem. Purchases on 1/7 - 1/9 totaling approx. $3,000, but points still pending. I have contacted BB support via telephone. Rep told me he would escalate the issue and would call me Monday with an update, but never did. I have also reported the issue via email, but have not received a reply.
Very poor customer service.

I'd have to agree the customer service leaves something to be desired.. I've called, emailed twice (not one single reply to my emails other than a stupid automated response).
Quickly losing patience...
