As you can see, this is merely a display issue with the pending points, in which the points have posted and any earned certificates have been generated without the pending points updating to reflect as such. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused you and greatly appreciate your patience as we continue to work towards a resolution.

Pending awards points for months

Hey everyone!

 

I purchased a dishwasher back in late Dec/early Jan and I am pretty sure I chose the double awards rather than financing.  I was told it would take a billing cycle on my best buy credit card to see the additional points.  Well for a few months now I have seen upwards of 5900 points listed as "pending".  I am not sure what that means and when they will go from pending to award points...anyone here seen this before and know what to do?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your pending points! If you haven't already, I would encourage you to review my previous responses regarding the display issue. 

Please know that your points have all posted, and the earned certificates have been issued. Your pending points total merely hasn't updated to reflect as such. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused you.

Points glitched in account

For a few months ive my points have been glutched and i dont know hiw nany i have or how many im getting. Any help to resolve this would be nice.

Welcome back to the forum! Please take a moment to review my most recent responses to this thread if you haven't already. As you can see, we are aware of and working towards resolving a known display issue where the pending points total hasn't updated after the points have actually posted. Please know that you should have received these points and any earned certificates should have been issued. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused you.

Is there a correct contact method for stuck points? I have several thousand that have been pending for about 6 months.

1822 points pending since February.

I've had 1822 points pending for months. Some since late January or February. I finally just called and was told it was a system issue going on since late December and there was no resolution. Is this correct? the main reason I buy most of my stuff from here is because of the rewards I got for the Elite Plus program.
