Pending Points

I have over 900 points pending in my account and have had at least 800 sitting there for some time. I recently made two purchases and while the issued points went up so did the pending points. When will the pending points go through?

Hello JW1 and Mary2012 - 

 

Please take a moment to read over my previous responses if you haven't already, advising of a known issue with points continuing to reflect as pending despite the transactions showing as posted on our end. 

Mary2012 - It seems in most cases you would need to wait until this issue is resolved.

Pending points for 24 days, when can I use them?

I have about 2000 points pending and they have been since January 24th.  When will I see these post to my account?

Points Pending from 1/27/17/purchase

I currently have 248 points pending from a purchase made on 1/27/17.  Is anyone else still having a problem where the reward points are not posting?

I have been waiting on my points for over 20 days (24 days today) This is front the date I picked up my order (not the day I paid for everything) How do I go about getting my points. I seen you are not able to push out my points but I planned on picking a few other things up.

Rewards

I was supposed to get 10% back in rewards after purchasing a TV with the Best Buy card. I got only 5% and now just excuse after excuse for why I still don't have the other 5% but I'm assuming that they are expecting payment for the TV.....Excuses range from a glitch in the system to wait five business days and the other 5% will be there. It has been 19 days since my original purchase and still nothing. Very dissatisfied with the process and the overall customer service.

and yes, i've seen "we're fixing the system, etc, etc, etc".

BUT, I don't have a lot of cash lying around.

and we bought a large screen TV.

I planned on using all the points from the TV, to purchase a sound bar.

1/2 (4500 approx) points did get issued within about 1 week of getting the TV.

BUT, the other 4500 approx are in LIMBO.

each email states "yes, we're fixing software......"

THANK the lord that you do not have nuclear codees in the sytem.

 

I bought the SoundBar on the 14'th of february (points were still pending)

PHONE person told me they'd be released by the 17'th.

STILL no points.

I had wanted to apply those points to that soundbar, because that is how I planned out the purchese, to make it affordable.

any assistance you can provide is appreciated
