Pending points for over a month?

I've had about 7000 points pending for over a month. I was fine with waiting the 15 days but it's starting to look like they won't come out of pending ever. 

 

They were issued from purchased in December, was there a change in the system that might have caused a problem? Is there someone I can call to get this worked out? 

 

Access to support on an issue like this seem pretty hard to come by.

Points oending for over a month

I have had over 2000 points pending on my account for over a month and they never come in. Anyone mind telling me whats going on?

Welcome to the forum! Watching patiently for 7000 points to post for a month indicates you likely have more patience than I. I'm truly sorry to hear these points seem to still be pending despite having passed the 15-20 days it usually takes for points to post. 

Using the details you registered with the forum though, I actually see that these points seem to have posted. If you're still not seeing this on your end, please let me know and I'll be delighted to take a closer look.

Not seeing points post to your account within the usual 15-20 days may be disconcerting. I'm sorry to hear you may have been waiting the last month for so many points to post. Please know that we are currently aware of an issue that is causing points to reflect as pending when they have indeed posted, and certificates have even been issued. A fix is currently in the works. 

Using the details you registered with the forum, it appears that these points have indeed posted and you've redeemed the issued certificate. I would encourage you to keep an eye on your account and let us know if you have any questions.

Welcome back to the forum! Watching points stay in a pending status would be incredibly frustrating. Please know that we are currently aware of an issue causing points to continue to reflect as pending on the customer's end, despite the points actually posting. However, our support teams are aware of this issue and are working on resolving it.

Points Still Pending After 3 Weeks

Hello,

 

I've made several purchases over the last few months, and all of my points are showing up on my account, but the IPad Pro and IPad Pen that I purchased 3 weeks ago still has the points pending.  This is keeping me from getting my latest 10 dollar reward.

I hope you're enjoying your new iPad Pro! With that said, I'm sorry to hear you may still see the points for this purchase to be pending. Please know that we're aware of an issue causing posted points to continue to reflect as pending, and are working on a resolution.

Pending Points?

Hi, 

I've had 776 points pending since January 26, 2017.  Is it normal for the myBestBuy points to be pending that long?

Welcome to the forum! Generally purchases take 15-20 days to post, so a purchase from 1/26/17 should have posted by now. With that said, we're currently aware of an issue causing purchases to post, but to continue to reflect as pending on the customer end. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this issue may be causing you.

I'm glad to see that this transaction appears to have posted, although I see it does appear to still be pending on your end.
