Points stuck in pending

Hello,  

 

I have made several purchases this year. I resently had about 6000 points clear for use. But the other 6000+ that should have cleared weeks ago are stuck in a pending state. How can I get help with this to free the points for use?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please take a moment to review the previous responses to this thread regarding pending points.

I'm sorry to hear you may still have so many points pending. As you can see based on my previous responses, a fix for this known issue has been rolled out, but is still being rolled out to some remaining accounts. I would encourage you to keep an eye on your account for any changes or updates.

Points Pending?

I have had 478 points pending on my account for over a month! When will I finally get them?

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your pending points. Please take a moment to review my previous responses if you haven't already. 

This is a known issue that a fix has been rolled out for, although it is still being rolled out to some remaining accounts. Unfortunately we don't have an ETA for when all impacted accounts will see the resolution on their end. 

Please keep an eye on your account for any changes. We greatly appreciate your patience!

Rewards points have been pending for a month or so :/

I have rewards point that have been pending for a while. I have nothing in my credit card pending. Please help. Thanks!

While a fix has been rolled out and is still hitting some accounts, we do not have an ETA to share on when it will have hit everyone's. I would encourage you to keep an eye on your account for any updates, and apologize for any disappointment this news may cause.

Missing points still not showing up, what's the timeline?

I have 992 points that have been pending since January.  I know that there was a switch to a new system and it's being worked out but what exactly is the timeline?  It's crazy to me that you'd have people sitting around waiting for benefits of a program you've instituted and the best you can do is "wait, we'll get to it" without any real timeline.  It really makes me hesitant to buy anything else from BBY because who knows what other systems have these problems, like the extended warranties.  Is there any type of timeline on when this is being fixed?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your points! As you may have read in my previous responses, this is a known issue that a fix has been rolled out for. Regrettably, we do not have a timeframe to provide regarding when the fix will reflect on everyone's account. I apologize for any additional disappointment that this may cause you. 

With that said, I was able to take a look at your account, and it appears that your points were issued as your available point balance reflects the 992 points you mentioned. Your pending points total simply hasn't updated. Please know this is part of the fixes we are working on. Points Pending

My accounts is showing that I have +144 points pending since December.  This seems irregular and any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Please know this is a known issue we are rolling the fix out for, and is simply taking some time to reflect on your end. With that said, after taking a look at your account using the details you registered with the forum, I'm pleased to see these points appear to be reflected in your point balance, despite your pending points not updating to reflect as such.
