I returned an item I ordered online, one which I used a certificate on, back on March 13th. I waited two weeks and never recieved the certificate refunded. I called the customer service number on March 27th and was told it would be returned within 24-48 hours. I only recieved 500 out of the 2,000 points. I still haven't recieved the rest of my certificate. Can anyone help me?

Welcome back to the forum, although I wish it were under better circumstances. I'm discouraged to hear that your certificate wasn't returned to you in the usual 6 business days, and that you may not have been credited the appropriate amount after reaching out to our phone support.
