I was trying to place an in-store pick up for Moana Steelbook Bluray. I got to the payment page and applied two $10 Reward Certificate. However, I got an error message and the order didn't go through. I didn't get any confirmation email nor does it show up in my order history.
Now when I place another order, both of my reward certificates are gone.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your two $10 certificates! It's wonderful to hear you were attempting to order Moana. I've heard it's a fantastic movie, although I haven't had the chance to check it out myself.
With that said, I'm sorry to hear the error you encountered in your cart left your certificates unusable. Using the details you registered with the forum, it appears they were marked as redeemed. Unfortunately when such an error occurs, it is unlikely they will be returned to you in the typical 3-6 business days.
