Today I purchase $3062 worth of appliances as a first purchase on my wife's BB credit card. I noticed that my account is only credited with 7656 points (2.5 points for every $1 spent equivalent to 5% rewards)
My wife applied the credit card at the store and we immediately bought these things, I was specifically told, that I would get 10% in rewards.
It would be great if someone can take a look at it

A great way for our members to earn some extra points is by taking advantage of the 10% back offer. I jumped at the opportunity when I broke my cell phone and finally decided to upgrade to an iPhone. It can result in a significant amount of points, especially when you end up purchasing $3,000 in appliances. We generally allow up to 20 days for points from an eligible purchase to officially post to a member's account. That time frame would start after any scheduled delivery or installation services have been completed.
It is rather common for points from a bonus promotion to not be displayed as pending alongside the everyday points. If you met the terms of the offer, then 10% back in points should post to your account within 20 days after the appliances have been delivered. It is just a matter of waiting right now. If for some reason the additional 5% back in points has not posted to your account 20 days after delivery, then please send me a private message and I will see what can be done.
