I'd like to know the same thing. I sent an email explaining my situation to RewardZone customer service and received the following generic response, which doesn't help at all!
Please reply with the Customer Service PIN number from your receipt. This is the seventeen-digit number located at the bottom. If you no longer have the receipt, refer to the nearest Best Buy store to request a copy of it. You may also receive a copy via e-mail by calling 1-888-Best Buy and speaking to one of our Order Support Agents
Once you have your invoice, you may respond to this e-mail with the seventeen-digit number or you may go to our web site www.myRZ.com and add your missing purchase by following these steps:
1. Go to www.myRZ.com and log on your account.
2. Access the My Account tab.
3. Click on the "report missing points" link.
4. Select Best Buy store, or BestBuy.com as your receipt type.
5. Enter the 4-part key (store receipt) or BestBuy.com order number (online receipt).
6. Enter your zip code.
7. Enter the subtotal of your receipt (the amount before taxes).
