Online Mall Transactions not showing up in history

I made four Online Mall purchases in the past two weeks:

 

  • The Popcorn Factory on 11/16 (3 points per dollar)
  • My M&M's on 11/16 (3 points per dollar)
  • Casual Male XL on 11/23 (1 point per dollar)
  • NFLShop.com on 11/27 (1 point per dollar)

 

So far, only The Popcorn Factory and Casual Male are showing in my transaction history as pending.  I do realize that it's been only two days, so the NFL Shop wouldn't be showing, but what gives with My M&M's?  The Popcorn Factory posted about 4 days later (on 11/20), but My M&Ms is completely missing.  I have a feeling that the NFL Shop is also going to go missing as well, but I'll post later if it is.

 

Can anyone help with the My M&M's transaction?  My items totaled $29.97, and at 3 points per dollar spent, I should get 90 points.  Strangely, when I log into the My M&M's site and check my account, it doesn't show any order history.  Yet, I have the shipping emails and packing slip to prove it.

A week now and not one response from someone from Best Buy.  Just when I think that the moderators actually care about helping people, this happens...

But, please keep in mind that all Online Mall transactions can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks before they post on your account. I strongly suggest that if the points still have not reflected on your account by then, to reach out to us.

I do realize that, and that has happened before, but never has a transaction not even been listed in my history three weeks after the transaction.  They usually show up within 5-7 days, and they show "Pending" up to 8 weeks.  I have Why is this one not even showing up in my history?

 

Even transactions I've placed through the Mall as little as four days ago are now showing up "Pending" in my history (I have four transactions within three weeks showing up).  There is no excuse for the transaction in question not to be showing up at all.  I've never had this problem at all, unless it's a problem with the online retailer. 

 

I shouldn't have to wait two months to get my points.  It should follow the same rules as a standard RZ transaction and post within 30-35 days.

I am sorry that you have not seen the points for the purchase post on your Reward Zone account.

Can you please send me via Private Message the order numbers of the transactions that are not reflecting on your Reward Zone purchase history, along with the total?

Has this ever been resolved?  I am having the same issue. I know the points can take some time to post but nothing in pending transactions.  I know I do not to deviate from the link path and have successfully had some points in my pending history, yet others never show.  What do I need to do to have purchases be credited to my account?

I haven't heard a response from Karina since 12/15 when I private messaged her about my issue, so it's been 11 days.

 

Best bet I would say is to start a thread here on your own saying what exactly you are missing and every other day post updates until a moderator answers your question.  That's what I did.
