No reward certificate back to my account after product return

Hi,

 

I recently returned a kitchenaid mixer. Part of that payment was done by using my reward certificates. However, it's been 15 days ( returned on May 18th) and my reward certificates have not been placed back to my account yet. WHat's going on?

As someone who enjoys baking, I've always wanted a Kitchenaid mixer! I'm sorry to hear yours may not have worked out for you as expected. With that said, certificates are typically returned within 6 business days, so you should definitely be seeing them on your end by now. I'm sorry this may not be the case though.
