I tried e-mailing Reward Zone customer service and never got a reply, so I'm going to try here. The following are the two e-mails I sent:

My purchases on 04/06/2011 and 04/07/2011, both of which were purchases of "XBOX 360 WIRELESS CONTROLLER," did not receive any credit toward my Gamer Club account. Combined, these purchases were about $120, which is almost the equivalent of a 500 Gamer Club point bonus. Would it be possible to credit my account for the 500 points that were not awarded as a customer service adjustment? My account information is listed below. Thank you so much for your help.

Hi,
I made a purchase from 1-800-flowers.com through the Reward Zone Online Mall over the Mother's Day Weekend. At that time, there was a special offer for earning 10 points per dollar spent, plus an additional 250 bonus points, through May 9. I received the 10 points per dollar, but did not receive the 250 bonus points. The offer, which has since expired, is no longer on Myrz.com, but here is a Google Cache version of the offer:

Yeah I feel your pain I have sent SEVERAL emails to customer service and NEVER got a response. Don't expect much from calling them either. I have also called several times over the last month and have yet to settle my pressing issue that some other dudes email address got over written onto my login info when they moved to their new system. I cannot link to my bestbuy.com account to use my reward card for online purchases. I cannot update my login or password because the system fails every time. The only response I ever get from calling them is that they are sending it to their back office and i should get a response via email in 7-10 days and that NEVER happens either. I have had it with this customer service experience its AWFUL BESTBUY!!!
