When I plan to buy a macbook pro for bestbuym, I saw there was 10% rewards for the first purchase on a new account if the application for credit card was approved. So I set up an account, applied for the credit card that was approved immediately, and then placed one order for mackbook pro. However, I did not receive the rewards after 15 days post purchase. I think I am not the only one to be deceived.

I am not entirely sure how you may have been deceived. The promotion is pretty straight forward. If you met the terms of our 10% back in points offer, then we will make sure you are awarded a full 10% back in points. It can generally take up to 20 days for points from an eligible Best Buy purchase to officially post to a member's account, which would start after an item ordered on BestBuy.com has been shipped. We do need to allow a full 20 days to pass before considering any other potential options.
Do you at least see the everyday 5% back in points pending in your account? If not, then it could mean the purchase is not eligible for points. Did you perhaps apply it to a promotional financing offer? Any portion of a purchase that is applied to a promotional financing offer will not qualify for points. That would include any promotional offers like the 10% back offer. I attempted to look over your account but was unable to do so seeing as you signed into the forum via Facebook rather than registering an email address.
