So I signed up for netflix through bestbuy.com specifically to get the RZ points from my netflix membership.
It has now been 8 months and I have not recieved anything. I contacted netflix as per the RZ online support instructions, and they claim there is no promo code associated with best buy on my account, but they can verify I have been a paid subscriber for 8 months.
Is there any way to actually resolve this? I'm out 1000+ points if not, which really sucks.
