I've achieved nothing from calling Netflix AND Bestbuy. Netflix told me to call Bestbuy, Bestbuy told me to call Netflix regarding about this information. I never got my points. Even though I started paying on 10/25/11, and it has been almost 4 months now, I STILL do not have my points. I followed the link from "Program Partners" in Myrz and clicked on the link for Netflix. I don't know why I stil do not have it. Can someone explain?

This happened to me a while back as well. Netflix claimed there was some sort of glitch and "oh well, sorry". Best Buy gave me a partial credit , but not the full amount I was owed.
Now I'm having the same issue with another Program Partner, but will create a separate message so I don't derail yours. Good luck!
