A couple years ago, I was adopted and changed my name as a result. I'm unable to change the name on my account, and customer service (in-person) has told me they can't help me either. I have seen other posts on here about it and am hoping to get some help as well. I have the adoption documents that I could send, just need someone to contact me so I can send them over
