Hi, recently I would like to trade-in my mac in the Best Buy store. But they said my name on My Best Buy member account doesn't match my name. Because last time I registered the account by using the name of other one who was a group leader in my AT&T's family plan. So if anyone can help me please? Thank you!

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us! It's wonderful to hear you wished to trade-in your Mac with us, although I'm discouraged to hear it didn't go as expected when you found your My Best Buy membership registered under another's name.
Please know that if a My Best Buy membership is originally registered under another's name, we would not be able to modify it to yours, as it would be considered as belonging to the person named on the membership. I understand that this may have occurred due to another person being authorized on your AT&T account, but please keep in mind that My Best Buy memberships are intended for individual use per the My Best Buy program terms. I apologize if this news causes you any disappointment.
At this time, if you don't have a membership originally registered under your name, I would encourage you to create one to use going forward. If you have any other questions, please let me know.
