I had my name legally changed. I need to get my name updated in the Best Buy System. I have a GPS I need to take in to Geek Squad, but I don't want to do so, until my name is changed in your system.

It looks as if you first sent a private message with your request and then created a new thread. In my opinion, this is one of those occasions where a member can just skip right to sending a private message. I should have no problem updating the name tied to your My Best Buy account if your name has been legally changed. I will end up needing to gather proof before I make any changes though. With that being said, I will be replying to the private message you sent shortly. You can read private messages by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the little yellow envelope icon located at the top of the page.
