If I remember correctly I've nevered recv'd any coupon via snail mail either for the past 2-3 years, is this normal? My mailing address is correct and I've just verified my email address as it wasn't verified all these years, hahahaha.

I wanted to purchase an item that was on sale this week and was hoping to get a coupon somehow but I got no response when I private messaged I have pretty much come to the conclusion that reward zone is a joke...I almost never receive coupons and could not even use probably 75% of my earned points vouchers because they either expired or I never got them in the first place....and let's not even get into Best Buy's customer service as of late....
