My Best Buy reward points


I had recently purchased two items online for pickup in store on march 18th. The reward points had been pending for two weeks and now say that I have 0 points award. I feel as though this is an error since I received no reward points for my purchase of $932. I'm unsure how to have someone contact me in order to fix this.

Welcome to the forum! Seeing a purchase post with 0 points would be quite discouraging, especially if you're not aware of a reason for the lack of points. 

Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your purchase. It appears you chose financing on this purchase. Per our My Best Buy program terms, while your purchase should still count towards your spend amount, you would not receive points for a purchase in which financing is chosen. I apologize if you were not aware of this when you made this purchase.
