Welcome to the forum! Anticipating so many reward certificates would be incredibly exciting after so many phone purchases. I can understand why you would be anxiously waiting for their arrival. 

With that said, the offer shown in your screenshot seems to be different than the one you're speaking to. Additionally, using the details you registered with the forum, it seems that your phone purchases may have been made under another name. As such, we would not be able to discuss these purchases or rewards with you. I apologize for any disappointment that this news may cause you.

I would encourage you to have the purchaser reach out to us directly if you are still in need of assistance.

Just realized that the phones we purchased at the Best Buy mobile store didn't get credited to our account. I went looking for the purchase recently for a warranty question. We were supposed to receive a $25 Best Buy card for the purchase through our points. I have the receipt and tried to add it in the missing points section but it tells me I am unable to because it is too far past. This was from last July. I know they had issues getting them activated and even had to swap out phones at one point to fix it.

No $25 dollar certificate after mobile purchase

Support, I purchased an LG G5 on 3/2 and activated it at the store. Prior to the visit I had registered for best buy mobile. Is there any reason the promotion hasnt kicked through yet?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your My Best Buy Mobile rewards! Please take a moment to review our previous responses to this thread if you haven't already.

I'm sorry you aren't seeing the rewards you anticipated. Please keep in mind that once you properly register and purchase a phone, you would only receive the reward for that initial purchase upon your next purchase of another phone. If the second phone is properly registered, you would only receive the reward for that phone upon the purchase of a 3rd phone, and so on. 

As such, if you aren't seeing the rewards, it's likely your purchase didn't qualify. I would encourage you to log into BestBuy.com and see what devices are currently registered. If you still believe you should have qualified, please feel welcome to reach out to me via private message.

2 Upgrades phones enrolled with My mobile rewards, No $25 dollar bonus reward zone certs

On 3-16-2017 I Upgraded 2 Sprint lines and both lines were enrolled in My Mobile Rewards prior to upgrading. Was told by associate I would recieve $25 dollar Bonus certificate for each line in 14 days and recieved a paper that also states both lines will get the bonus certificates. So on Tuesday 4-11 called customer service 1-888-Bestbuy and they told me it would take up to 20 days and pretty much hung up on me. Its been 29 days and I need someone that will be willing to fix my issue. Please Help

Unless you enrolled the two Sprint lines in the program, or other lines, during activation of a new phone purchase, you would not receive these rewards until your next phone purchase. I apologize for any disappointment that this news may cause you.
