Please take a moment to read over my prior responses in this ongoing thread.  From what I can see, it does appear you may qualify for a bonus certificate but none of the three lines you activated on 12/5 are registered with your My Best Buy™ mobile account.  You would need to login to your account, click on Account Home, and then on Manage Your Mobile Devices.  There will be a blue button on the next page where you can register those new lines.  Please send me a private message once you have finished registering each line, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will see what I can do to further assist.

did not receive $25 new-phone reward certificate 40 days after the purchase

Dear sir/madam of Bestbuy Support,

 

On 12/09/2016 I purchased new iPhone 6S Plus with Verizon 24-month installment contract;

On 12/09/2016 Bestbuy emailed me the Verizon 24-month installment contract;

Today (01/18/2017) I still have not received the $25 new-phone reward certificate.

Bestbuy order #: {removed per forum guidelines}

 

 

Bestbuy webiste states that it takes 20 days for the $25 new-phone reward certificate to be posted.

 

Please help me and send me the $25 new-phone reward certificate. Thank you very much.

Greetings yandongc, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,

 

As I have asked other members, I am going to ask that you please take a moment to read over some of my responses in this thread.  The mobile promotion in-question may not function in the way that you believe.  If a bonus certificate has not posted to your account within 20 days, then you likely have not qualified yet.  You would need to have enrolled in the My Best Buy mobile program on or after 7/15/15 but prior to the purchase on 12/9, purchased or upgraded a mobile phone, and registered it with your mobile program account.  That would make you eligible for a bonus certificate; however, you would not actually qualify for a bonus certificate until the next time you purchase or upgrade a mobile line and register it with your mobile program account.

 

From what I can see, you did enroll in the mobile program and your new mobile phone is registered.  That means you are eligible for a bonus certificate.  You will actually qualify for one the next time you purchase or upgrade a mobile line and register it with the same mobile program account.  A bonus certificate would post to your account within 20 days after that.

missing 25 phone credit in rewards

Hi, I purchased 9 lines and I am only getting credit for two.  The two were purchased a few days later but I was told in store they signed me up for everything but 7 do not show.  What can i do the receipt shows online.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out! I would encourage you to take a moment to review the previous responses we've provided to this thread. 

With so many phone purchases, I can imagine you were anxiously awaiting your $25 certificates to post. Regrettably though, generally if you haven't received the certificates, it is an indication that the purchase didn't qualify. 

Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your My Best Buy membership as well as your phone purchases. rewards for phone purchases not credited by corporate after the best buy store guaranteed them to me

I am posting agin because after trying very hard to get best buy toi honor their programs I have been told they will not.  I went into best buy and bought 7 new iphone 7's - I posted in this forum that that I only received credit for 2.  The private replies I received basically tell me that they will not honor their own program.  The best buy ssalesman - verizon rep and the manager of the store all agree that they signed me up for the rewards and then I purchased the phones.  However the best buy rewards department will not honor the rewards for whatever reason but will not tell me why.  The store called the rewards dept and told them they set me up and that it should be honored.  The rewards deptmart will not honor them.  I have a company purchase of 25 phones set for next week with the same store and verizon rep.  I will not purchase from best buy again and neither will my company if they will not honor their own program and present false advertising to their customers.  I spent thousands of dollars that first day and now about to spend 10's of thousands more.  It will not be at best buy and I will be reporting this to whomever will listen because this is unthinkable that a company can promote a programs, the store told me i would receive and the rewards deptment refuses to comply.  What a joke this is from a large comapny that would basically lie to the costumer and not let me know until my return period is over.  

 

FYI I purchased all 7 iphones at the same time - it took 5 hours to set everything up.  They had two cashregisters going at once because of the size of the purchse.  I was guaranteed this money back fr my purschase.. How can a store guarantee something and the corporate office deny after I have gone past my return window.  This is a scam.

Thank you for following up with me. I apologize if my response to you regarding your qualifying devices caught you off guard or left you disappointed. I hope I'm able to shed some light on this offer to clarify how it works for you, and for anyone else who may be looking for some further information. 

You must enroll each phone purchased in the offer, and would only receive the certificates for the previously enrolled and purchased devices when you make a phone purchase at a later time. You may see how many phones you have currently enrolled by logging into your BestBuy.com account. 

 

For example, if phones A, B, and C are purchased and enrolled, then you purchase phone D a week later, you would receive 3 certificates for A, B, and C. Then, if you properly enrolled phone D from your 2nd purchase, and purchased phones E and F at a later time, you would receive 1 certificate for phone D, and so on. However, if you only properly enrolled phones A and B, when you purchase phone D, you would receive 2 certificates for phones A and B, but not C. 

I would encourage you to log into your BestBuy.com account to see how many of your devices are properly enrolled. If you have any other questions, please feel welcome to send me a private message.

Missing Rewards Points

I purchased 4 phones and opened 4 new lines on my Verizon Wireless account and I have not received the points for joining the My Best Buy Mobile bonus as described here. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

How long does it usually take for the 1250-point Best Buy Mobile Reward to be credited?

 

My line was previously registered for the Best Buy Mobile Rewards program.  (did it when I bought a phone from Best Buy last year).  I confirmed the registration prior to purchasing/upgrading to another phone this week.  During the check-out process, it did show that I would get 1250 points.

 

My new phone was delivered today.   How long does it usually take for the 1250-point reward to be posted to my account?  Is it supposed to show up as "pending" right now?
