I purchased a TV at my local Bestbuy store on March 29, 2017. TV cost was $1,499 plus protection plan of $179 + tax. I used my Bestbuy credit card to pay and have paid the account balance. BUT no points posted to my account. I tried to enter the customer service pin and total from the receipt only to get an error stating enter the CSP and total.
