I haven't gotten any points, at all... I've had 2 laptops bought on my account in the past 2 weeks and they aren't on my account. Any idea?

Do you have the receipt information, if you do, I will be happy to add the transactions onto your Reward Zone account. Otherwise, you can always log into your account and add the transactions on your own.
