I purchased a mobile phone through Best Buy mobile online during the 5,000 point promotion. I received the 500 points and they are no longer pending but I still haven't received the 4500 points. I have already made several calls and during the last call I was told that once the 500 points were available the 4500 points would be added. This is not the case.

I'm also having an issue with that same cell phone promotion from last month. That promotion was good up until 11/08/11 and thats when I placed my order for one of the qualifying HTC smartphones. I have a confirmation email from Reward Zone showing the date of 11/08/11 is when my order was placed. The points for this transaction already cleared on my account and what do you know..... the 5,000 points are no where to be found! The only points I received was 199 and because thats the amount I spent for the new phone. I've called customer service and thats been a waste of time. It's almost as if the reps are making stuff up as they're talking to you! If I knew this kind of crap was going to happen I would have purchased the phone somewhere else to be honest. I really don't know what's going with best buy,but this kind of garbage is making me go look elsewhere for my toys and gadgets!

I called premier silver customer service and they updated my account while I was on the phone. I suggest calling them again. Good luck!
