I have called customer service 4 times now. I have emailed customer service 3 times. I am STILL missing my Netflix points, 900 now, and my Reward Zone Cruise points, 4500 points. I have called Netflix and they told me that the information has been sent to best buy. When I contacted Cruisesonly.com, they said that the points were not their problem and to call Best Buy again. I am getting nowhere fast and I'm ready to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I get told that I will be called and/or emailed all the time from these "customer service" reps. This is ridiculous! I haven't been contacted back once. Heck, the last time I called customer service, the rep saw that I had an old reward zone account that had a $5 points card that was still available. She said that she would close it out and transfer it to my Premium Silver card and it would take 72 hours. I still haven't seen that transaction either. This is BS! I want the points that I have earned NOW so I can spend more money with your company.
