Hello Deathbynoodlez - 

Please know that I did check into your point balance over the last couple months. At no point do I see enough points to have issued $80 in certificates, but the points I did see available do match up to the certificates I see having been issued and redeemed. I also see that you just issued a certificate today without trouble.

Just tried to use a $15 cert on a wine opener for store pickup. The order then said it wasn't available at that store and I couldn't get it so I had to cancel the order. Made a new order for a different store and that $15 certificate was no longer there had to use my $10 one instead. Will I be getting the $15 one back?

I'm sorry to hear that your order for the wine opener may not have been able to be filled as originally anticipated. With that said, certificates may take 3-6 business days to be returned. If you don't see it in this time frame though, please don't hesitate to let me know and I'll look further into this with you!
