Missing certificates/points

My account  says I have $80 in certificates  on some screens. I had the points to make them and I remember attempting to make them and the system wouldn't let me. I called the elite number and I was told it would be taken care of in a few days. Now my points are gone and no certificates and sometimes it says i have $80 but don't.  This happened before with $50 in certificates and I was told the system was being changed over and it will take time and was given a different date each time for when it would be done, guess what nothing was done and I lost $50 in certificates. I use my Best Buy card all the time for points and got my cell phone at Best Buy but doesn't matter I  won't get any of those extra points or certificates apparently. I try to save up till Christmas and now  I don't have them for the holidays. Being elite member does not help you get any better service.

It's always exciting to use a certificate on a purchase, reaping the rewards you've saved up so I'm sorry to hear you may have encountered some trouble with your certificate appearing. 

Please know that we are aware of some trouble with issuing certificates and the certificate balance displaying incorrect amounts. Our teams are working on these issues, and I apologize for any confusion this may have caused you. In the meantime, I would encourage you to keep an eye on your account for any updates and greatly appreciate your patience as we look into this!

I keep getting it will be next week. I'm concerned the $80 I have in certificates will expire.

Thank you for following up! Based on what I'm seeing on your account, I do not believe you currently have any certificates actually available. As I previously mentioned, there is a display issue causing the certificate balance to display incorrect amounts. You should be able to view currently available certificates during checkout.

I redeemed them myself. I had the points and it errored when I tried to make one big one but I make smaller intervals but they didn't show up

Look through my purchase history With my best buy card and all and minus the certificates I did manage to use and see how many I should have.
